The staff here is at pinnacle of rudeness. Didn't experience such terrible hospitality anywhere. At check in they denied my booking confirmation and couldn't find it. I had to call customer care and post 30 mins of coordinating they managed to check me in. Their elevator doesn't work. Rather chose to stay with other accommodations present nearby.

Hotel is good but cleaners is very bad, washroom is very stinky no cleaners, staff behaviour average, food not good, i have book room with breakfast but not available.

Bad staffs, not any facilities available every 10 minutes electricity shutdown no any power backup, canteen on top means 4 floor

The hotel bathroom was stinking. They had a broken kettle. They took 3500 for the room. There should be equivalent service or proper room and clean bathroom

Very nice, clean and spacious rooms. Toilet and bathroom also very clean. The only problem is regarding the food service. The food service is very slow, however the staff is very courteous and humble. Overall 4 out of 5. I surely recommend this hotel for stay.

The hotel looked decent outwardly. Had beautiful paintings on the walls around the staircases, the breakfast was the best thing about this hotel. They offered two items per person out of four decent options - aaloo paratha, puri bhaji, poha and sandwiches. The portions were huge and the service was very quick. The food was great. They were gracious enough to not deny us breakfast even when we reached at 11 am, the end of breakfast time. Left us quite satisfied at the time of checking out. The unsatisfactory part was the room and washroom. There were cockroaches all around and the washroom was not very well maintained which made us hurry up and check out asap once we got the sleep we were desperate for.

To go to trek book this hotel which is very close to live free hostel but unfortunately it’s very bad experience not worth for money and geyser water close use to take a bath with cold water it’s horrible

The room was small, somehow accommodate 4 guests by adding an extra bed after requesting. There was a pathetic odour coming from the washroom all the time again had to call room service but it did not went away easily. Noticed all rooms were of the same dimensions. They even switch off the a/cs and cut the water supply if you are away. Worst experience ever!

1. Late check in on arrival as they unable to find my booking in their system 2. No balcony or window in room means no ventilation, smell badly. 3. No towels in room on arrival as they said it is under washing or drying. 4. Rude behaviour to us as we made a mistakes to book through mmt.
